Le poste
JOB DESCRIPTION
The workshop manager will be in charge of the maintenance of a fleet of vehicles and different mechanical equipments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Full supervision of the operation and maintenance of : 50 Trucks & Vehicles (Cranes, Loaders and others) & 20 power generators with a potential increase of the fleet.
• Checking that equipments and tools are properly maintained and inspected.
• Managing the yard and delivering the required equipment in a timely manner.
• Planning the department's recourses based on the site work requirements.
Le profil
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• University Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical eng. or demonstrated sound technical knowledge through experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the maintenance and operation of mechanical equipments and trucks.
• Experience in Africa is a plus.
• A driving License is a must.
• Fluent in English (writing & speaking).
• Computer fluency.
• Has strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• The ability to communicate on all levels.
• Excellent leadership, motivational and presentation skills.
