Le poste
Reporting to the Region West IS/IT Manager and to the local IS/IT Manager, you are responsible for:
- Following up delivery relating to local invoicing and managing local contracts with partners and suppliers;
- Supporting communication of IT related issues / topics to the end-user community;
- Handling daily problems and managing IT incident escalations;
- Participating in globally co-ordinated IT change projects;
- Securing local delivery from IT partners, i.e. HP, IBM, and potential local suppliers;
- Working according to Ericsson guidelines to ensure compliance and respect of processes and reporting;
- Being the Local Point of Contact regarding IT issues/questions;
- Coordinating local third party suppliers.
Le profil
Graduated in IT engineering, you have minimum 5 years experience in the IT industry. This must include experience in the back office environment. You have a broad understanding of IT Outsource service delivery. You have knowledge and experience in forecasting and budgeting. You have a deep knowledge in the following fields: MCSE, CCNP (Certify Cisco Network Professional), Windows, MS Office, MS Project, Router Cisco and Juniper experiences, PABX experience, Hardware (UTP Cabling/LAN/WAN products) Support services. You also have a good understanding of Service Level Agreements and how contracts and suppliers are managed.
Pro-active and having good communication and interpersonal skills, you work in close interaction with the end user, in order to understand his business issues and needs, and to be able to find and implement the most suitable solutions. Motivated and result-oriented, you are able to work under pressure and have excellent time management skills. You are able to take quick decisions in a stressful environment.
You are fluent in English and French.
