Reporting to the Data Transcript Manager, your main missions are:
- Taking full responsibility for data transcript and ensuring that it is produced on-time;
- Acting on relevant problems and ensuring that resource configuration and / or resource quality problems are corrected according to prevailing requirements;
- Coordinating with customer after implementation of DT about its impact;
- Providing support for clearance of issues.
Le profil
You have a degree within Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering, and at least 2 years experience in GSM Company/ Network Configuration Section. You have a good experience in Operation and Maintenance of Ericsson fix network or GSM systems Networking, and a good knowledge of Core Network Nodes (MSC/ GMSC/ STP/ FNR/ HLR/ SCP/ MSS/ MGW/ IGW). Rigorous, customer-oriented, with good communication skills, you enjoy working in a team. You are fluent in French with good technical level in English.
