You are responsible for supporting the Core 3 with marketing activities leading to sales, by creating and promoting competitive customer solutions through a consultative approach involving several solution areas, services and 3rd party products, etc. for one or several accounts. This drives Ericsson’s vision towards the customer thereby influencing the customer’s technical strategy.
In this context, you are in charge of:
- Analyzing the customer’s business requirements and processes;
- Proposing solution scenarios to fulfill customer needs and requirements;
- Performing dimensioning analysis based on customer requirements, with assistance from Network Consulting / Design departments / Solution Management and Systems Integration;
- Estimating costs for customer adaptations (customizations) with assistance from Product Owners or System Integration departments;
- Collecting and documenting customer requirements;
- Preparing and writing solution descriptions with assistance from Solution Management;
- Participating in meetings with customers on solution issues;
- Handling change requests related to the solutions;
- If required, evaluating subcontractors to be used in the solution;
- Handling change requests and the consequences of such requests for delivered offers and / or ordered deliveries from a solution point of view;
- Performing Core business process activities required; proposal, ordering and project support.
Le profil
Graduate in Telecommunications, IT / Electronic Engineering or equivalent (BSC Degree as a minimum), you have at least 3 years relevant professional experience in dealing with telecom operators. You have a good experience of the mobile systems & networks environment, and a good knowledge of GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, associated VAS and third party products. You also have a good knowledge of the market: consumer trends, competitors, etc. Result and customer-oriented, you are able to share knowledge, but also to lead teams and to solve conflicts. Flexible and adaptable, you have good communication and negotiation skills.
You are fluent in English and French.
