Le poste
You participate in project scoping and sales and proposal process, and are responsible for resource planning, work plan and deliverables.
In this context, you are in charge of:
- Attending tender work and contract negotiations;
- Mobilizing the Customer and Company team members and conducting project reviews;
- Establishing effective project management, governance and reporting structures;
- Informing the Line organisation;
- Maintaining regular and effective communications with the customer and account team and ensuring prompt and effective resolution of scope, relationship or project issues;
- Identifying issues and risks to the completion of the project;
- Identifying and reporting any new business possibilities to sponsor/steering group.
Le profil
You have a Bachelors degree, preferably in a science, business or telecommunications discipline; or a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a related field. You have at least 2 years experience in project management, and/or related functional areas in a communication systems company. You have a good working knowledge of business process, including tender and sales. Rigorous, you have a strong financial knowledge. Adaptable, detail and customer-oriented, you have good communication, planning and organisational skills. You are fluent in French and English.
