Reporting to the Manager Education and Competence Consulting, your role is to deliver and customize training products to Ericsson Education customers in key strategic technologies both at Ericsson and at the customers’ premises as required.
In this context, you main missions are:
- To facilitate and promote the successful delivery of the Training Programs within Ericsson Education;
- To ensure acceptance of service delivery meets Ericsson’s required standard of quality, customer satisfaction and at a required profit.
You are responsible for:
- Preparing and or customizing and conducting courses to external operators, as well as for Ericsson internal employees;
- Using skills and knowledge of Competence Area to carry out daily work in an efficient and professional manner;
- Sharing and reusing experiences and knowledge in designated tools;
- Identifying and logging customer leads in designated lead tool;
- Identifying the methods of instruction that are most effective for bringing about desired learning of specific content to learners;
- Applying different learning styles and learning models
- Designing the training event in order to establish an effective learning environment;
- Developing learning products according to customer requirements, using the necessary processes;
- Taking part in the pre-sales activities when required;
- Acting in a consultative way: you are able to ask the right questions, listen to the client, and understand the client’s business environment, needs and possibilities. You have a genuine interest in the client and must have the ability to drive change and be proactive;
- Striving to keep updated with Telecom and Datacom industry changes.
Le profil
You have a Higher Diploma in Education and/or equivalent experience, a Bachelor in electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Sciences. You have a previous experience as an Instructor in the knowledge on the Mobile Core Network for Circuit Switch and Packet Switch services in GSM / WCDMA. Typical competences include platform knowledge for AXE and CPP, management skills for MSC-S and M-MGW, systems understanding (GSM, WCDMA, MSS) and signaling competence as well as familiarity with the connected systems (external to the Core Network). You know about Datacom and TCP/IP. You have a good knowledge about typical telecom operators/service providers, and have enthusiasm to learn new technology.
You are a self-starter, dynamic and professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent customer/people focus and strong business planning and reporting skills. Having an excellent presentation, you are able to develop strong customer relations and to work with different cultures. Self-motivated, autonomous and proactive, you are able to work independently. You are fluent in English and French.
